I have been ordering from haricots.org for quite some time, and overall, I've had a decent experience. The products are of good quality, and the website is user-friendly. However, the customer service could be improved. There have been instances where my inquiries were not addressed promptly, and it took longer than expected to resolve issues. While it's not a deal-breaker, I believe there is room for improvement. Overall, Le début des haricots is an average company with room to grow.
