My recent trip organized by a travel company was a complete disaster. The website was confusing to navigate and the information was not clear. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. The tour guides lacked knowledge and enthusiasm. The accommodations were below average and the itinerary was poorly planned. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
