I recently used the leasing services of this company and had a mixed experience. 🚛 On the positive side, their website was easy to navigate with all the necessary information. Booking the truck was also a hassle-free process. However, my disappointment arose when it came to the actual truck itself. 🤷‍♂️ Despite booking a fairly new truck, I found it to be quite worn out and not well-maintained. The interior was not clean and there were even some technical issues during the journey. 🧹💔 The customer service was also lacking, as my concerns were not properly addressed. 📞 Overall, I would rate my experience as average. 🤔 If the company could improve the quality and maintenance of their trucks, along with better customer service, it would greatly enhance the leasing experience. 🚛💼
