I recently had the opportunity to visit a local orthodontics clinic and overall, my experience was average. The website provided clear information about their services and I appreciated that. However, I found the customer service to be just average. The staff was friendly, but their response time to my inquiries was slower than I expected. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, but there was a lack of reading materials or entertainment options. In terms of the actual treatment, it was thorough and I felt that the orthodontist knew what they were doing. However, I was hoping for a more personalized approach and explanation of the process. The pricing was reasonable, but I noticed some hidden costs that were not initially mentioned on the website. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
