I recently organized my graduation ceremony with this company and overall I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the information provided was somewhat limited. It would have been helpful to have more options and details about the event packages they offer. The customer service was satisfactory, but the response time could have been faster. I did appreciate their willingness to accommodate some last-minute changes to the program. However, the quality of the graduation materials was just average, nothing extraordinary. The delivery of the products was prompt, but the packaging could have been more secure to avoid any damage during transit. Overall, the company did an okay job, but there is definitely room for improvement. 😐
