I have been a customer of B.RAVISHANKAR & Co for several years now, and I must say that their services have been average at best. While they do get the job done, there have been numerous instances where I had to follow up with them multiple times to get a response. The professionalism is lacking and their communication skills could definitely use some improvement. I would rate them as average.
