I have been a customer of Jumping Trout Inc. for several years now and I can say without hesitation that they are average. Their service is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have had a few minor issues with their products, but their customer support has always been able to resolve them quickly. Overall, I would say they are reliable, but not exceptional.
