I had a mixed experience with Brown and Brown Real Estate. While they were able to help me find a property that met my needs, I found their communication to be lacking at times. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. However, once we got past those issues, the rest of the process went smoothly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
