I recently went on a trip organized by a travel agency and it was a disaster. The tour guides were unprofessional and the accommodations were terrible. However, my experience with Italian traveller was completely different. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The accommodations were comfortable and the food was delicious. I highly recommend traveling with Italian traveller!
