I recently used Wood Truss Systems to purchase trusses for a construction project 🏗️. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their products and services. However, I was disappointed with the lack of options available for customization. I needed specific truss dimensions that they didn't offer, which caused some delays in my project. The customer service was average, as they were responsive to my inquiries but took longer than expected to provide solutions. The quality of the trusses themselves was satisfactory, but not exceptional. While they offered competitive prices, the lack of customization options and slower communication put a damper on the overall experience.
