I recently had a not-so-great experience with Prime digiko. The product I ordered arrived damaged and it took quite a while to get a replacement. The customer support team was not very helpful and it felt like they were not taking my issue seriously. This has left me quite disappointed and I hope that Prime digiko improves their customer service in the future.
