I've been attending self-defense classes at Stayton Self Defense for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They break down the techniques so they are easy to understand and practice. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable, and I feel a sense of accomplishment after each session.
