I had a mixed experience with this company. The website was easy to use and had a wide range of products to choose from. However, the customer service was lacking. I had an issue with my order and it took multiple attempts to get a response. When I finally did get a response, it was not very helpful. The quality of the products was average. Overall, I was not impressed with Zinc.
