The service provided by this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the response time was not very quick. It took a while for them to get back to me with a quote and answer my questions. The customer service was polite but could be more attentive. Despite the average service, the technicians who came to work on my pool were knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed the issue promptly and did a decent job. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service. 🤔💧
