The Gina Group at 180 1st Ave in Gouldsboro PA customer service is HORRIBLE! The lady at the front desk spoke Spanish and English. She was very rude and not welcoming. She offered no information. Once my truck was loaded I asked her for the BOL. She just said 5 minutes and was texting on her phone. Just very horrible communication and a very long wait. I was given a dock and then asked to wait in my truck. I had to go back inside after 40 minutes to ask when will I be loaded. Please put someone different at your front desk who has better customer service and can communicate efficiently with customers. I hope I never have to go back to this location.
