I have been a customer of First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Inc. for many years and overall, my experience has been average. The customer service is decent, but there have been a few instances where I've had to wait for a long time to get assistance. The online banking platform is easy to use, but it lacks some advanced features that I would like to see. Overall, I'd say it's an okay bank to work with.
