I have mixed feelings about Saatchi & Saatchi Bulgaria. While their creative work is often impressive, their communication with clients leaves something to be desired. There have been instances where I felt ignored or misunderstood. However, I must commend them on their ability to think outside the box and deliver unique campaigns.
