I have been a customer of Japannext co., ltd. for several years now and I have to say that their services are average. While they do offer a decent selection of products, their customer service can sometimes be lacking. I have had a few issues with orders not being processed correctly and it took some time to get it resolved. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
