I had an average experience at The grand hotel - punta del este. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but there were a few issues that took away from the overall experience. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The location of the hotel is great though, with beautiful views of the beach. Overall, I would say it was an okay stay.
