I had an average experience with Alpha Epsilon Phi - Iota Chapter. The website syracuseaephi.org was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, it was an okay experience.
