The customer service was average, as they did respond to my inquiries but were not particularly prompt. Additionally, the shipping was slightly delayed, causing a minor inconvenience. On the positive side, their packaging was eco-friendly, which aligns with my values. Overall, my experience with this company was average. I appreciate their efforts to provide organic options, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of freshness and customer service.
