I recently had the opportunity to use a company for an important project, and I chose Lucideas based on their website. Overall, my experience was average. On the positive side, their website was user-friendly and contained detailed information about their services. It was easy to navigate and find the relevant information I needed. Additionally, their customer service was prompt and professional in addressing my queries. However, I have to say that their pricing was a bit on the high side compared to other companies in the industry. Also, I found their deliverables to be satisfactory but not exceptional. The quality was decent, but I expected a bit more attention to detail and creativity. Nevertheless, I was able to complete my project successfully with their help. In conclusion, Lucideas is a reliable company with good customer service, but they could work on their pricing and deliverables to stand out from the competition.
