As an experienced solar panel customer, I was intrigued to try out a new solar company with a reputation for quality products and service. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the process of getting a quote a bit tedious. The staff did their best to answer my questions, but there was a lack of transparency regarding the installation process and timelines. 🤔 The installation itself was done efficiently, but the communication could have been improved. The solar panels are working well so far, but I still have some lingering doubts about the overall experience. With a few tweaks to enhance the customer journey and communication, this company could definitely up their game.
