I recently ordered some books from an online bookstore and had a fairly average experience. The website was okay, but there was nothing particularly outstanding about it. The selection of books was decent, although I wish there were more options to choose from. The delivery was on time, and the packaging was adequate. However, I did encounter a small issue with one of the books, and the customer service took some time to resolve it. Overall, it was an average experience, and I may consider exploring other options in the future.
