My experience with Juniper Park TBWA Toronto was average at best. While they did deliver the work we requested, the process was not smooth and there were delays along the way. Communication could have been better, and we felt like our feedback was not always taken into consideration. While the end result was satisfactory, I expected more from such a reputable agency.
