I recently had the opportunity to work with Brooks Creative for my company's website redesign, and I must say it was a fairly average experience overall. The team was professional and responsive, but I found their design concepts to be quite generic and lacking in originality. The website they delivered was functional and met our basic requirements, but it didn't truly capture the unique essence of our brand. Additionally, I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar agencies in the market. On the positive side, the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, and the communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and value for money.
