I found Motor Trends to be an average company. The website was easy to use, but the selection of cars was limited. The prices were reasonable, but I couldn't find a car within my budget. The customer service was okay, but I didn't receive a response to my inquiry for a few days. Overall, I would say that Motor Trends is an average company.
