I recently had the opportunity to board my pet at this pet lodge and my overall experience was average 😐. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. 🤗 However, I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make me feel reassured about leaving my pet in their care. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but lacked that extra "wow" factor. 😕

During my pet's stay, I received updates via text about their well-being, which was appreciated. However, it would have been nice to see some pictures or videos of my pet enjoying their time. 📸

The pricing was reasonable for the services provided, but I couldn't help but feel that there were some missed opportunities to make the experience more memorable. I would consider using this pet lodge again if I needed to, but I would also explore other options to ensure I am getting the best possible experience for my furry friend. 🐶💕
