I recently used Crystal Shipping & Logistics to handle my shipping needs, and I must say that my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the online tracking system was quite helpful in keeping me updated on the status of my shipment. However, the overall delivery time was not as quick as I had expected. The customer service was decent, but I did encounter some difficulty reaching them and had to wait for a response. The pricing was somewhat competitive, but I felt that there could have been more transparency in the cost breakdown. Overall, while Crystal Shipping & Logistics provided an average level of service, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of delivery speed, customer support, and pricing transparency.
