As a customer, I found the services provided by the company to be quite average. While the website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their services and previous projects, I encountered some issues with response time and communication. I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my query, which was a bit frustrating. However, once the communication was established, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The work done by their team was satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, the experience was average - not disappointing, but also not outstanding. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service to enhance the overall experience for their clients.
