🙁 My experience with Luxury Travel Outlets was not as great as I had hoped. The itinerary was poorly planned and we had issues with transportation and accommodations. The customer service also left a lot to be desired, as the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. Although the trip had its moments, overall it was disappointing.
