CUSTOMER's experience with the Minnesota super bowl host committee was average. Although the organization was able to host a successful event, there were some areas that could have been improved. The communication leading up to the event was lacking, and it was difficult to get timely responses to inquiries. Additionally, the website was not very user-friendly and could have been more informative. However, the staff on-site during the event were helpful and friendly. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
