I recently purchased some items from a textile company I found online. The quality of the products was good, and I was happy with my purchase. However, the shipping took longer than expected and there was a delay in receiving my order. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but it would have been nice to receive better communication from the company regarding the delay. Despite this, I would rate my overall experience as great.
