As a customer, I recently used Gst holidays and tours for my vacation and I must say it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and booking process was smooth. However, there were a few hiccups during the trip which could have been avoided. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. The accommodations were clean but average in terms of comfort. Overall, it was not a great experience but also not a terrible one.
