As a customer of Nexus business solutions group, I must say that their service is average. While they do provide the basic solutions we needed, there are definitely areas for improvement. The customer support could be more responsive and the overall user experience could be more intuitive. However, I appreciate their effort in constantly updating and adding new features to their platform.
