I recently had a disappointing experience at a local optical shop. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with finding the right glasses. Their selection of frames was limited, and I left without finding a pair that I liked. The overall service was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend this shop to others.
