I had a mixed experience with Capstone real estate services, inc. Overall, their service was average. The management team was somewhat responsive to my queries and concerns. However, I found their communication to be lacking at times. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my property. On the positive side, their maintenance team was prompt in addressing any issues. It would be great if they improve their communication channels.
