I had an average experience with Prudential Starck Realtors. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt like they could have been more transparent about the fees and charges. Overall, they helped me find a decent property within my budget. However, I would have appreciated more support during the negotiation process. The agents were responsive, but I expected better communication and follow-up.
