I had an average experience with Tidy Trays. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the product to be of mediocre quality. The trays were not as sturdy as I expected and some of them arrived damaged. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue but overall, I expected better.
