I recently made a purchase from an online company. The product I received was of great quality, and it arrived in a timely manner. The customer service team was helpful and addressed all my concerns. However, I was not a fan of the excessive use of hashtags in their social media posts. Overall, it was a positive experience, but I believe they can improve in that aspect.
