The website was quite easy to navigate, with clear information about their services and products. However, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other companies in the market.

When I reached out to their customer service team for more information, the response time was satisfactory, but the representative wasn't able to provide the detailed answers I was looking for. The installation process went smoothly, but I feel like the technicians could have been more punctual.

Overall, my experience with Safe Energy was average. While their website and customer service were satisfactory, the pricing and the lack of detailed information were a bit disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of pricing and communication.
