I recently had the opportunity to shop online at hartleyproduce.com and overall, my experience was average. The website layout was user-friendly and navigation was easy. The selection of produce was decent, but not exceptional. I appreciated the option to filter by organic and locally sourced products. The checkout process was straightforward and hassle-free. However, I was slightly disappointed with the packaging of my order as some of the fruits arrived slightly bruised. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was responsive when I reached out about the issue. Although the quality of the produce was average, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of packaging to ensure the products are protected during transit. Overall, I would consider shopping here again, but with slightly lowered expectations.
