I recently rented from Bj's Rental Inc and had an average experience. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate, and the prices were reasonable. However, the vehicle I rented had some minor issues, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was an average rental experience. I would consider renting from them again in the future.
