I recently used a design company for a project and had a less-than-great experience. Their services were good, but I was expecting a bit more. The website, inklinedstudios.com, had a sleek and modern look, but there were some issues with functionality. I had to reach out to the customer service team a few times, and they were helpful, but it took longer than I would have liked to resolve the issues. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
