I recently bought a spiral staircase from a company online. The overall experience was good, the website was user-friendly and the products were of decent quality. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. There were a few issues with the delivery process and it took longer than expected to get a response from their support team. Despite these minor setbacks, I am happy with my purchase and would consider buying from them again.
