I recently utilized the services of Wes-coast Marketing and found the experience to be satisfactory. While their website is easy to navigate and provides clear information about their services, I found that the communication aspect could be improved. The response time to my queries was not as prompt as I would have liked, and I felt that there could have been more personalized attention to my specific needs. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when I did receive a response. Overall, I would say that my experience was average. I would consider using their services again for convenience but hope to see improvements in their communication and customer service in the future. 🙂
