The experience with M3 design was average. The quality of their work is satisfactory, but I expected more creativity in their designs. The website navigation is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service needs improvement as they took longer than expected to respond to my inquiries. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
