I've been using Kollektivtrafikförvaltningen ul for a while now and overall, I'd say their service is average. The buses are usually on time, although there are occasional delays. The drivers are generally polite, but sometimes they can be a bit rude. I appreciate that they have a mobile app that makes it easy to plan my journeys, but it could be more user-friendly. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
