I have been a customer of Tdc contact center europe a/s for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. While their representatives are generally polite and helpful, I often find myself waiting on hold for longer than I would like. The call quality is also not the best, with occasional static and dropped calls. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
