I recently had blinds installed by a local company and the experience was disappointing. The blinds didn't fit properly and the customer service was subpar. However, I reached out to Visual Blinds and they were able to rectify the situation. The blinds they installed are of great quality and the service was outstanding. I am extremely satisfied.
